Notice Concerning Capital Increase of a Subsidiary (Becoming a Specified Subsidiary)

TAZMO CO.,LTD. (the “Company”) hereby announces that, at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on June 15, 2026, the Company resolved the details, including the payment date, for the capital increase of its subsidiary, TAZMO Apprecia Formosa Inc. As a result of the Capital Increase, the share capital of the subsidiary (based on the amount paid in; the same shall apply hereinafter) will be equivalent to 10% or more of the share capital of the Company, and the subsidiary will become a specified subsidiary of the Company.
